This unique event is designed to help you drop deeply into your body and reset your nervous system by reconnecting with your breath and inner wisdom. Together, we’ll move through a dynamic breathwork session led by Sarah Howard, a SomatIQ™ certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, followed by a Restorative Acupuncture treatment provided by Carolyn Arenas, LAc/AEMP, RN. Our intention is to provide a safe, grounded, and nourishing space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep healing.
Takes place at the Thresholds Collective studio.
