Why “Integrity”?

The word Integrity comes from the Latin Integritas, meaning oneness or wholeness.  It reflects the strength and honesty that emerge when all parts of ourselves are embraced - when we are unified, undivided, and truly whole.

This principle is also at the heart of Acupuncture and East Asian Herbal Medicine.  These healing traditions view each person as a complete being and support balance across the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.  

While I enjoy treating all health concerns, I am a specialist in women’s health and pain management in Tacoma, WA.  Whether you're moving through the transitions of fertility support, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or menopause - or seeking relief from pain, migraines, digestive issues, autoimmune conditions, sleep challenges, or allergies - my practice offers safe, effective, and deeply supportive care.
