Services

Acupuncture

Acupuncture uses very fine, sterile, single-use needles placed at specific points on the body to activate and balance qi (pronounced “chee”) - the life force energy that flows through you.  With over 2,500 years of continuous practice, acupuncture is a time-tested system for restoring health and harmony.  In my practice, I blend classical acupuncture with Tensegrity-Based Needling—a modern method that identifies and releases tension patterns within the fascia (connective tissue) to support deeper structural alignment and healing.

Moxibustion (Moxa)

Moxibustion is a gentle warming therapy that uses dried mugwort (called “moxa”) to stimulate acupuncture points and pathways.  This improves circulation and enhances the flow of qi.  It’s especially effective for:

  • Turning breech babies (!)

  • Boosting immune function

  • Easing digestive issues

  • Treating chronic fatigue

  • Managing pain

Herbal Medicine

Custom herbal formulas are created for your specific needs, drawing from a pharmacopeia of over 350 natural substances - plants, minerals, and more.

Herbs may be taken internally (as teas, powders, capsules, or pills) or used topically.

  • Acute issues: short-term support

  • Chronic issues: long-term, foundational care

Lifestyle & Nutritional Guidance

To support deep healing, I offer personalized guidance based on the principles of East Asian Medicine.  This may include dietary suggestions, movement practices, or other lifestyle changes to address root causes - not just symptoms - and help you feel your best each day.
