Breech Baby? I Can Help.
Acupuncture and moxibustion have been shown to help turn breech babies, especially between weeks 32–36.
I use a gentle, non-invasive method to encourage optimal fetal positioning by first treating the underlying cause for why baby hasn’t turned, and then stimulating key acupuncture points that improve uterine tone and increase fetal movement.

Acupuncture for Pain Relief!
Pain relief is one of the most common reasons people seek acupuncture - and for good reason! Whether it’s for acute pain from a recent injury, or chronic pain that lingers over time, acupuncture and herbs can help.
Acute pain often follows a sports injury or accident, typically affecting areas that have become weakened or imbalanced over time. Chronic pain may stem from unresolved past injuries or arise without a clear cause. Contributing factors can include emotional stress, trauma, over-use, hormonal or digestive imbalances, and autoimmune issues.
According to East Asian Medicine, pain occurs when the flow of qi (“chee”) becomes blocked. In many cases, a few weekly or bi-weekly acupuncture sessions can restore balance and ease symptoms. Deeper, long-standing imbalances often develop over many years and may require more sustained care.
Fascial health plays a role. Changes in the fascia, a dynamic connective tissue network, reflect deeper dysfunction. Because of the fascia’s unique properties, wherein the myofibroblasts shield their areas from stress, the place where one feels the most symptoms is not always the source of the problem. Painful points often indicate a weak area being pulled on by distant myofascial chains, and tense areas may be compensating for strain elsewhere in the body.
This is where Tensegrity-Based Needling comes in. Rather than chasing symptoms as they shift throughout the body, this approach enables me to pinpoint and release the actual sources of tension. By working together with your body in this way, we can unlock long-held patterns and initiate deep, lasting healing.
In the words of fascia expert Shiloh Plaut, “Pain is the symptom of the entity, it is not the entity” (1). Identifying and addressing the root causes - not just the symptoms - can create a ripple effect of relief and restoration throughout the entire body.
